Choose by your usage
The difference is how data resets and how much you get—not the number of devices. Choose a billing type first, then match a plan to your typical usage.
Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date. A good fit for regular cross-border access, with usage checked periodically. When choosing an allowance, account for all devices used at the same time, not just your primary device.
Monthly plan
60GB · Light use
¥9.9 / month
A good fit for web browsing, research, email, and text-based AI tools. If you mainly need a setup for everyday access, use your actual usage history to decide whether this allowance is right for you.
Includes 60GB. Video streaming, file downloads, and background tasks across multiple devices can use data faster. This is a limited-data plan; usage for text-based tasks is not a reliable guide to streaming needs.
For users who need more than research, including online video, remote collaboration, and file transfers. Instead of focusing only on time spent online, consider video quality, file sizes, and background sync habits.
Includes 250GB. More data does not guarantee access to any particular platform or a specific connection speed. Keep an eye on your remaining balance when streaming regularly or using multiple devices.
A good fit for frequent streaming, downloads, and activity across multiple devices. If you have usage history, check whether most data goes to tasks you start or automatic updates rather than judging by connection time alone.
Includes 500GB, but this is still a limited-data plan. A larger allowance does not mean every route will perform the same. Your local network, destination service, and time of access can all affect results, so check your actual connection.
Data packs are not time-based: data lasts until used and never expires. They suit project-based work, occasional access to international websites, or unpredictable monthly usage. The amount shown is the total data in the pack, not a monthly allowance.
Never expires
300GB · Occasional use
¥158 / pack
A good fit for occasional access with long gaps between tasks. Choose based on your expected total usage; there is no need to estimate a monthly allowance.
The pack includes 300GB, available until used. Never expires refers to the validity of the data pack; it does not mean data is replenished automatically. Remember to account for background activity on your devices.
A good fit for periods of concentrated research or project work, followed by lighter usage. Billing does not follow a monthly cycle, so consider your total needs for file transfers and streaming.
The pack includes 1000GB and does not reset monthly. Keep track of your balance during data-heavy projects; the data remains valid, but no new data is added automatically.
A good fit if you have usage records and want to budget around a larger total allowance. Make sure the billing type suits your habits before choosing a larger data reserve.
The pack includes 3000GB. A larger allowance does not change the access conditions of destination services or guarantee speed. Before choosing, check how the routes, client, and services you use work together in practice.
We separate shared service features from conditions you should check for your use case, so data tiers are not mistaken for route performance tiers.
Routes & encryption
Coverage across 90+ countries / 250+ routes, with bank-grade encryption. Use the route list in the panel to check available locations. Coverage does not guarantee access to every website or replace testing the connection yourself.
Unlimited simultaneous devices. Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Get clients and subscriptions from the user panel; the panel determines eligibility for the iOS download link. Include activity on all devices in your data planning.
No email address required—get started with a username and password. For billing, connection, or refund issues, submit a support ticket in the panel. Include your operating system, selected location, and the error you see. Do not include your password or full subscription URL.
The key difference is monthly data resets versus data that is used from a cumulative allowance. Consider whether your needs are regular, not just the upfront price.

If you are unsure what you need, group your regular activities into browsing, streaming, file transfers, and background sync, then note which ones happen most often. Data use is not limited to active browser sessions; automatic updates and sync also count. For more on route types and service limits, read the plan selection guide rather than judging by plan names alone.
Payment & order checks
Pay with Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Choose a plan, create an order, and pay in the user panel.

Check your plan
Open the panel from a plan button on this page. Check whether you selected a monthly plan or a data pack, then review the allowance and amount due. Monthly data is a per-month allowance; a data pack shows its total allowance. Confirm the details before continuing.
Pay for your order
Choose Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT on the order page and follow the current payment instructions. For USDT, use the transfer details shown on the current order. Do not reuse details from an old order or treat unverified payment information as belonging to this one.
Return and check the status
After paying, return to the panel and check the order and plan status. If the status is still pending, check the existing order first; do not pay again just to refresh the result. If you need help, submit the order details and payment receipt, and hide any personal information unrelated to the issue.
60-day refund policy
Data packs last until used and never expire. Check the Terms of Service for refund eligibility and instructions.
To request a refund, sign in to the user panel, open a support ticket, and explain which order needs attention and that you are requesting a refund. Order details help distinguish a plan change, a payment status query, and a refund request, avoiding repeated checks on the same payment.
If your request relates to connection quality, include the platform, selected location, and error details to help troubleshoot. A refund request does not require you to complete complex troubleshooting first. Do not send your account password, full subscription URL, or payment account credentials in a ticket.
Check replies and progress in your ticket after submitting. Refund details are governed by the Terms of Service and order review. This page does not specify a processing time or payment provider’s handling time. If you have a question about an order, open a support ticket in the panel.

How much do VPN96 plans cost?
Plans start at ¥9.9/month for 60GB, with ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB also available. Data packs cost ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. Data lasts until used and never expires.
How many devices can I use with one plan?
Unlimited devices and unlimited simultaneous connections. Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Keep an eye on your remaining data when using multiple devices; unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data.
How many days do I have to request a refund, and how do I do it?
60-day refund policy. Sign in to the user panel, open a support ticket, provide the order details, and explain your refund request. Check the Terms of Service for eligibility and instructions, then follow progress in your ticket.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Choose a plan, review the order in the user panel, and complete payment as directed on the payment page. Return to the order page to confirm the result. If the status has not updated, check the existing order first.
When does monthly plan data reset, and how do upgrades work?
Data resets monthly on your activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Before upgrading, check the target plan and order details in the user panel; an upgrade does not start a new full billing cycle.
Are data packs suitable for occasional use, and do they expire?
Data packs last until used and never expire. They suit users with irregular usage who want to budget based on total data rather than monthly usage. Data does not reset monthly, so check the pack’s total allowance rather than comparing it with a monthly plan.
