Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply to the international routes and network acceleration subscription service provided by VPN96. Please review the service scope, billing rules and refund terms before using the service. For questions about these terms, contact support through a ticket in the user panel. Use of the service indicates acceptance of these terms, without affecting any rights granted to users by applicable law.
Service Scope
VPN96 provides international route subscriptions for cross-border access, with coverage across 90+ countries and 250+ routes. Supported platforms include Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Clients and subscription details are available through the user panel; available routes are shown in the panel's current list.
Coverage describes the routes offered by the service. It does not mean that access will always be available in every region or network environment, or to every third-party website. Third-party content, account eligibility and regional rules are determined by the relevant platforms. The subscription does not include third-party memberships or content licenses.
Accounts and Subscription Rules
No email address is required; an account can be created with a username and password. Users are responsible for safeguarding their password, subscription link and client configuration, and for activity on their account. If credentials are exposed or unusual activity is detected, change the password and report the issue through a support ticket. Do not continue sharing subscription details.
There is no limit on the number of simultaneously connected devices. This applies to devices managed by the account holder and does not authorize resale or access by others. Selling, renting or publicly distributing subscriptions is prohibited, as is sharing accounts, passwords or subscription links with others or repackaging the service as a paid service for others. Device count is unlimited; data usage remains subject to the selected plan.
Billing and Refunds
Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. They can be used until depleted and never expire. Review the billing method, data allowance and order total before paying.
Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. The user panel is the authoritative record for orders and payment status. If a charge does not match the order status, submit the relevant order details for review. Do not include your password or full subscription link in a support ticket.
You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. Submit your request through a user panel support ticket and identify the order to be reviewed. Any information needed to verify the refund and updates on its progress will be communicated through the ticket. No minimum usage, proof of a fault or other reason is required under these terms.
Acceptable Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and to their activities, and ensure they are legally permitted to use the service. The service must not be used for fraud, infringement, malicious attacks, distributing malicious software, unlawfully obtaining data or any other illegal purpose. When accessing third-party services, users must also follow those services' rules.
Users must not disrupt the normal operation of routes, misuse another person's account or use automation in a way that harms other users' experience. VPN96 may request an explanation of unusual activity and take necessary, proportionate restrictions based on the circumstances.
Availability and Limits of Liability
Connection quality depends on the local network, carrier routing, device configuration, destination service and maintenance. VPN96 does not guarantee a fixed speed, uninterrupted availability or access to third-party platforms. Planned maintenance and route changes will be announced on the site or in the user panel. Information about unexpected outages will be provided in actual service notices.
Users should back up important information. The allocation of responsibility for impacts caused by third-party service changes, user configuration errors or events beyond reasonable control will be determined under applicable law and based on the actual cause. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or replace the stated refund commitment with a disclaimer.
Account Closure and Changes to These Terms
If a user violates these terms through illegal use, resale, sharing credentials or repeatedly disrupting the service, VPN96 may suspend relevant features or close the account and, where practicable, explain the reason. Users may request a review through a support ticket. Account actions and refund requests will be handled separately under these terms and applicable law.
If these terms change because of service updates or legal requirements, the revised terms and update month will be posted on this page. Changes affecting important user rights will be announced on the site or in the user panel; confirmed orders will not have their rights retrospectively reduced through silent changes. Review the updated terms before continuing to use the service. If you do not accept them, you may stop using the service and contact support through a ticket about next steps.
